Today, we take a 55-kilometer road trip out of Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Stay the night in Gangtok.

Important Note on Tsomgo Lake:

• In case the travel permit is not given by the tourism department due to landslides or bad weather conditions, we will arrange for an alternate sightseeing 
• During the rush period, guests may be required to wait at the 2nd Mile checkpoint for the travel permit to arrive. It may take 30 - 45mins for the permits to arrive. Guest patience is highly appreciated

About Nathu La

• Optional: Ride to Nathu La at additional cost, (rate varies seasonally  Min 4000  Max 6500) subject to availability of permits. 
• Closed on Mon & Tue. 
• Nathu La permit is always issued on a sharing basis with other travellers. 
• The cost of a confirmed permit is non-refundable under any circumstance, including natural reasons, VIP / Army movement or even vehicle breakdown. 

After breakfast, we depart for Pelling. The journey to Pelling is long and tiresome, however, it is more than made up because of the beautiful views along the drive. After arrival in Pelling, we check into the hotel (Vehicle Service Ends). Overnight in Pelling.

A leisurely tour of Pelling town and its surrounds is planned for today. We go to the well-known Rabdentse Ruins, Sky Walk, and Pemayangtse Monastery. We also go to Rimbi Waterfall, Kanchenjunga Fall, and Khecholpalri Lake. We go back to the hotel following the tour (Vehicle Service Ends). Pelling, spend the night.

Following breakfast, we depart from our Pelling hotel and go to Darjeeling. On the way, lunch can be eaten. In Darjeeling, we check into the hotel after arriving (Vehicle Service Ends). Darjeeling, stay the night.

At four in the morning, we travel to Tiger Hill, where the sunrise over Mount Kanchendzonga is renowned. We stop at Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on the way back from Tiger Hill. Then, we go back to the hotel to have breakfast. After breakfast, we travel to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the PNZ Zoological Park, the Tibetan Refugee Center, the Tea Garden (outside view), the Rope Way, the Japanese Temple, and the Peace Pagoda (all closed on Thursday). We go back to the hotel following the tour (Vehicle Service Ends). Darjeeling, stay the night.

The visitor has the morning free for packing and other personal tasks. Transfer to Jalpaiguri Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) following breakfast in order to continue your return home. Tour is over
